Welcome to the latest edition of our Homefixers newsletter! With so much going on, this is our way of keeping the members of the Homefixers family (yes, you!) up to date, and in the loop. In this month’s edition we’ve got news of our increasing footprint in and around Cape Town, some great media coverage of our services, and some fantastic specials and savings just for you!
Bigger and better
Since the news of our move from Gardens to our own workshop and warehouse space in Parow, things have certainly been coming along apace. For one, we’ve been able to take on the bigger and messier projects that our clients didn’t want done on their own premises – and they’re loving our work! From fully refurbishing an antique bar counter (more on that ‘vibe’ later), to building industrial-size pigeonholes, to small scale iron work (security gates, burglar bars, airvents, etc.) it’s coming in thick and fast. The move out to Parow has also meant that we’ve had substantially more work coming in from the Northern Suburbs – so if you’re out this way, why not give us a call?
Feeling the vibe
What can we say? We love Cape Town, through and through. Special offers for June/July
· We had an absolutely unprecedented response to the Gutter busters special in our last newsletter… So, just to show our customers some winter love, we’re extending it until the end of July! Basically, let us get up onto your roof in the torrid weather (do you want to do it?) and clean out the aftermath of the Cape’s winter and winds. While we’re up there, we’ll be sure to check and re-seal any gutter joints that could use a touch-up.
· With the rain really starting to push its weight around, those little leaks and drips are probably starting to rear their ugly heads again. Leaking roofs and ceilings should be addressed ASAP, so take advantage of our waterproofing special, and get us in there to stop them before they do some real damage.
Customers taking advantage of these specials can help themselves to a chunky 15% discount on labour charges. That should warm the cockles of your heart! With school holidays upon us, and a good chance of some family members being home, now is the perfect time to get us around the house for those niggling issues.
Year-round savings
Over and above our regular specials, we’ve also introduced a new incentive for new and existing customers. Whereas our monthly specials generally target the ‘labour charges’ element of our quotes, there’s now a way for you to bring down materials costs as well! For those customers who accept a quote within 24 hours, we’ll chop 10% off all materials quoted. We’ve never been greedy on materials (check out our honesty-is-the-best-policy approach on our website), but now we’re giving back just that much more. So not only can you now manage labour costs (through or specials or standard 5-day prompt payment discount), but also the material costs themselves…!
